Gesagt - getan!

Was ihr alles braucht:
- 1/2 Gurke

Hey dear ones! Since my boyfriend and I practically live alone in Ecuador, we have to cook quite a lot, and that means: to think about it, you can't cook the same all the time, so that it does not get boring. This happens very quickly!
Since we finally have a oven, we also have a larger selection of dishes that we can make.
Lastly, we then considered what could be done this evening and there it just came out of my mouth: oven potatoes. Said and done! So in the evening we had oven potatoes.
Actually, I'm really not a fan of boiled potatoes, because they always taste too boring and somehow too much for potatoes, haha. Maybe you know what I mean.
But these oven potatoes were really good, maybe I'll be a new potato fan.
Because I liked the whole so much, I wanted to make a post, even if the whole was actually not so spectacular, but maybe you like it anyway :)

What you need:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 250g of fresh cheese (actually one can also take good herb-fresh cheese, then the whole tastes certainly better, but with us there is only only one)
- about 8 medium-sized potatoes (for 2 persons with quite a big hunger)
Parmesan
- 1 clove of garlic
Some water
- a loooooot of aluminum foil

How you prepared it:
Well admittedly, this part is now really simple and fast self-explanatory, but I'll write it down anyway.

1. Boil the potatoes in water until you can clean them with a fork.
2. Remove the fresh cheese from the pack and dilute with a little water. So the he whole thing gets more fluid.
3. Crush the garlic and stir to the fresh cheese.
4. Cut the cucumber very small and stir in the fresh cheese.
5. Once the potatoes are cooked, pre-heat the oven and make a small alufoil 'buns' around the potatoes. Then cut the potatoes and put the fresh cheese in it.
6. Parmesan over and down into the oven. The whole is so good.

Guten Appetit!
XX, Rahel

    Viele liebe Grüße, Cinderella
